Home > Theatres in London > The Old Vic

The Old Vic is a theatre located just south-east of Waterloo Station in London on the corner of The Cut and Waterloo Road. Established in 1818 as the Royal Coburg Theatre.

The iconic building has a rich history of great productions from Olivier's Hamlet to Ian McKellen's Widow Twankey. And under the artistic leadership of Kevin Spacey, they continue to attract the best creative talent.

The Pit Sessions at The Pit Bar - a place to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere; interact with theatre and arts patrons; listen to the talented musicians and have a drink or three!

The Pit Bar is located below The Old Vic Theatre.
